Wedding Gown Memory Mailer

The Memory Mailer provides you with a simple way for you to ship your gown directly from your home to Wedding Gown Preservation Co. The mailer provides you with easy to understand directions, plus everything you'll need to ship the gown (including: "special attention" stain stickers, bag, box, tape and UPS prepaid shipping label) and a direct 800 phone number.

1. Memory Mailer
Purchase your Memory Mailer at Gowns by Debbie. Just call us at 590-2229 for a free pickup of your gown or drop off of the mailer.

2. After the Wedding
Use your Memory Mailer to ship your gown:

Assemble shipping carton
Choose White, Silver ($5.95 additional) or Gold ($9.95 additional) preservation chest on the order form.
Place the folded gown and order form in the enclosed bag.
Put the bag in the box and use the enclosed tape to seal the box.

3. Pre-Paid UPS Shipping
Bring box to any of the following:

	UPS drop off station or UPS driver
	Mailboxes Etc.
	Call 1-800 PICKUPS for UPS home pickup (a $10 charge will be applied)
